How do I more constantly feel the presence of God?

we're going to start here three prayers of Paul. For the ephesians, which is prayer for us as well. 

Now ephesians was not written to us, but it was written for us. By the Holy Spirit. So when we read these prayers for them, I want to internalize it for me, don't you? The first prayer of the three is really wonderful. It's about strength to know the presence of God. Are you ready? Here we go. This is ephesians 314 for this reason, I kneel before the Father, from whom he saw family in Heaven. I don't know if it derives its name. 

I pray. This is the first one. I pray that out of His glorious riches, he may strengthen you with power through His Spirit, in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your heart through faith. Let me summarize. I pray for strength that you would know the presence of God in your life all the time. So the issue of knowing God's presence is an issue of holding strength. Holding God's teaching. Holding by faith. 

Jesus said in. John A. 31 32 that you if you hold my truth. You'll be free if you hold the truth. And this is a truth that God is with us now. Great scripture, in ephesians. Sorry. In hebrew is chapter twelve. 

Verse five. Jesus quoting Jesus, saying, I will never leave you also, forsake you, I will never leave you off a sake. Now we've got to get it into our guts, into our heart of hearts. That even if we don't feel God, Jesus is with us in the darkest night. Jesus. 

Is with us. So this scriptures, Jesus, saying, I will never leave you or forsake you. Old Testament scripture speaking about God over the universe, he says the same thing in deuteronomy, chapter 31, verse eight. I will never leave you or forsake you. It's a reverberating, echoing word in the whole Bible that God is. 

With us. And I love that scriptural. So I mean that sign 23. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. And it talks through about going through the Valley of the shadow of death. It says, you are with me. You are with me now. It's not just in the bad times. It's in the good times. It's in the up times. But it's in the downtimes. It's in the home times. And it's in the out times. It's. 

In the room. It's on the train. It's in the car. God is with us. It's the truth. But we've got to receive that truth. So what do we do? I don't feel and it feels God's breath as well. I don't know. Just be at that moment. Just step into a room or one of my passes. Used to step into a toilet and just pry for just a couple of minutes. God, you're with me. Just practicing the presence of God. Wherever you are here in Japan. 

We travel on the train a lot with this hundreds of people. And we teach people to practice the presence of God disclosure eyes holding on by in the train, standing up. Just practice the presence of Jesus. Lord, you're with me. 

And Paul saying, I pray you'd have the strength. The internal strength, the power of God in you enough to hold this truth, to hold the truth. Because the devil is going to try and rip it away from you through condemnation. I guarantee it. I know it. I know the devil is gonna try and do that. But we have to hold on to the truth. The strength. God give me the strength they're gonna pray God. 

Like paul's praying. I'm praying for us. Here we go, Lord. I pray for strength. That we will be strength filled with power by the Holy Spirit, to know that you dwell in our hearts by faith. I pray that we would hold this truth and live in this truth.
